Tivat is town in central part of Kotor Bay. Building a tourist facilities helped Tivat to rise into touristic town: Plavi horizonti, Mimoza, Palma, Kamelija etc. The great advantage of Tivat lays it a close proximito to airport which is only 4 kilometers away. After the Canadian gold mining magnate Peter Munk announced his plans to turn Tivat into biggest marina on the Adriatic - $720 million investment — including luxury hotels, a golf course and infrastructure Tivat had become one of the most attractive places to invest into property. Tivat real estate market got extremly hot overnight and the property prices in Tivat are lower than in Budva for example.
